Athletics

The Yeshiva participates in the American Flag Football League in Israel during the winter, with a softball team competing in the spring.

The Yeshiva provides a weight room for student use, and rents an indoor gym for basketball.

Music

The yeshiva’s official band, led by musical director (and DEC alumnus) Rabbi Yehoshua Gerzi, is open to any student interested.

In addition to rehearsals during off-hours, the band performs at yeshiva mesibot, melave malkas, and other simchas. The band also enters Kedma’s annual Battle of the Bands Competition.
